My name is J. Richard Stevens and I'm an assistant professor at the University of Colorado at Boulder studying the application of mass communication ethics to digital media communication. To read more about my research interests, check out my research mission statement.

I received my Ph.D. in journalism in 2004 from the University of Texas at Austin, (see my graduation photos) my master's degree in Digital Media from Abilene Christian University in 1999 and my bachelor's degree in advertising from ACU in 1996.
