This is a site dedicated to showing off my new niece, Aubrey Ann Stevens. Now, for those who have never seen the site dedicated to Aubrey's brother, Bradley, you are in for a treat. These two kids are the most precious little children you will ever meet.

I imagine eventually that these two sites will converge, but for now, I wanted each to have their own space and I'll do my best to sort out the family pictures accordingly.

This set was from a Aubrey's first trip to the coast in Bolivar, TX.

Indoor Fun

Aubrey took to the beach house pretty quickly.

Sleeping in with Daddy.
Momma and Aunt Tammy try to get a girl fed.
Aubrey shows her displeasure at being moved around.
Pausing for a quick drink.
Not sure what to make of her new environment.
But she faces it with a smile.
Aubrey and Nanna read a book.
Aubrey gets more of a thrill out of her new pop-up book than expected.
Just a couple of crazy kids.
Just adorable.
Grinning as she makes yet another mess ...

Day 2

After about a day, Aubrey had us trained.

Keeping Daddy company.
Getting snuggly.
Posing for the camera.
Playing patty-cake with Nanna.
And here's her new game, "Shred the tissue and make a mess."
Playing patty-cake with her momma and brother.
She just loves to play with her brother.
Practicing her waving.
Having an easy lunch.

Clowning around

Aubrey has a ball.

Snuggling with Eeyore and Minnie.
What a tiny girl.
But she is pretty silly.
Though she'll probably deny in later years, Aubrey loves to be tickled.
What a sweetheart.
Just hanging out.
Pretty content.
Aubrey kidnaps (or is that fishnaps?) Aquaman.
Taking a stand.
Uh-oh. I see sibling conflict in our future.
"How's the view up there, uncle Rick?"
Aubrey explores all the nooks and crannies ...
Taking a snack break.
Like father, like daughter.
Here she comes!
Desperately seeking her water bottle.

Life's a Beach

Aubrey gets her first taste of salty air.

Feeling the sand between her toes.
The first wave catches her by surprise.
Aubrey's not sure what to make of it.
Cautious wonder.
Looks like she's had enough for one day.
"Now THIS is more like it."
Trying to eat uncle Rick's keys ...
... which she thinks is just hilarious!
Looks like Aubrey's taken Bradley's seat. That's what baby sisters are for!
